About the Product

ACTA is a Stellar-native infrastructure that enables organizations to issue, anchor, and verify W3C-compliant verifiable credentials directly on-chain.

Through a public API and SDK, issuers can generate credentials tied to decentralized identities (DIDs). ACTA introduces a Stellar-native DID framework designed specifically for the network, allowing identities to be derived from and anchored to Stellar accounts. This enables seamless interoperability with existing wallets and smart contracts while maintaining self-sovereign identity principles. Cryptographic proofs are anchored on Stellar for instant, tamper-proof verification. Verifiers can validate authenticity in seconds without relying on centralized databases or manual checks.

By turning trust into programmable infrastructure, ACTA eliminates the need for each application to rebuild its own identity and verification layer, enabling faster integration, reduced fraud, and scalable on-chain trust across the Stellar ecosystem.

Problem & Solutions

Problem

Trust on the internet is fragmented and inefficient. Credentials such as work experience, licenses, or compliance attestations are still issued in siloed systems, stored off-chain, and verified manually. This makes fraud easier, verification slower, and integration costly.

For startups building on Stellar, there is no native infrastructure to instantly issue and verify trusted credentials on-chain. Verifiable credentials are not limited to formal certifications. They can also represent badges, reputation systems, DAO contributions, achievements, rewards, or any verifiable attribute that enables programmable trust.

As a result, every application that requires identity, reputation, or compliance must rebuild trust from scratch, increasing friction and limiting scalability.

Customer Segments

Primary Segment | Web3 and Fintech Startups on Stellar Early-stage and scaling startups building payments, lending, on-chain compliance, tokenized assets, or identity-dependent applications that need a native way to issue and verify trusted credentials.

Secondary Segment | Ecosystem Integrators & Infrastructure Builders Wallets, DeFi protocols, DAOs, marketplaces, and platforms that require programmable identity, reputation, or compliance primitives to reduce fraud and increase user trust.

Paying Customers | Credential Issuers Organizations such as startups, platforms, educational institutions, accelerators, and fintech operators that need to issue verifiable credentials to users, contributors, or partners.
