GrantFox UX Bounties

Web3 projects have the common problem that they often ship to production with poor UX because they lack a fast, structured way to get real user feedback before launch, leading to low adoption, support burden, and wasted build cycles. With GrantFox UX Bounties, we leverage the platform to support Stellar projects release UX bounties and get feedback from the community before launching, allowing them to have a more user-friendly product/feature before releasing.

GrantFox UX Bounties creates a pre-launch UX feedback loop where Stellar projects publish structured UX issues (clear scope, test steps, evidence requirements, and acceptance criteria), and community testers submit UX reviews with proof (screens, recordings, annotated feedback). Maintainers approve submissions, and GrantFox triggers on-chain payouts on Stellar (USDC) via smart escrows, where funds are committed up front, released only when the maintainer approves, and every payout is transparently recorded on-chain.

Stellar is the settlement layer for the program, credits are converted into real, verifiable on-chain rewards, enabling low-fee, fast payments and a transparent audit trail for ecosystem-funded UX work.
