Propulsor
The financial 'autopilot' for your savings and life goals
📍 Team Location: Peru
About the Product
Propulsor is a “Money with Purpose” infrastructure on Stellar. It works through a smart wallet where, when funds are deposited, a contract in Soroban executes an Automatic Splitting: the money is instantly divided into different “vaults” or pools according to percentages preconfigured by the user.
High technology: It uses smart contracts to lock funds (time-locks) until specific goals or dates are met.
Simplicity: It connects to Stellar's Anchors ecosystem to easily enter and exit the network (fiat-to-crypto), allowing users to manage their financial well-being with the precision of code, but with the ease of a traditional app.
Problem & Solutions
Problem
“Financial indiscipline forced by the lack of programmable tools.” In contexts of high inflation and shared family expenses, saving in Latin America is reactive and manual. People receive income (salaries or remittances) and the money is diluted in daily expenses before reaching important goals. There is no automatic way to “set aside” money with unbreakable rules, which leads to financial stress, a lack of transparency in family goals, and a loss of purchasing power by keeping savings static in local currency.

Customer Segments
Propulsor focuses on two key segments of the digital economy in Latin America:
Family Economy Managers: People who receive income (local or remittances) and need to divide their budget between operating expenses, education, and emergency funds in a way that is transparent to the rest of the family.
Web2.5 Savers: Young professionals and freelancers who seek to protect their capital from inflation using digital dollars (USDC), but who require “programmed guidance” (smart contracts) to avoid touching their savings prematurely.
