About the Product
We tokenized wine bottles as native Stellar assets (RWAs), creating a DeFi pre-sale market. The winery receives upfront capital for production, while the investor acquires tokens at a preferential price that increase in value as the wine reaches aging milestones. At the end of the process, the tokens can be exchanged for the physical product or liquidated on the Stellar secondary market (SDEX).
Problem & Solutions
Problem
Small wineries in Bolivia (such as those in Samaipata) face production cycles of up to 24 months with no cash flow and inaccessible or high-cost traditional financing. Meanwhile, retail investors lack access to real-world assets (RWAs) that are secure, transparent, and generate returns based on the physical appreciation of the product during aging.
