ZELENA is the operating system of fulfillment. It digitizes the complete cycle from inbound receiving to picking, packing, dispatch, and returns and layers on top the first automated performance-incentive engine built for frontline operators. Every shift, the system tracks output, accuracy, and quality. When the period closes, a smart contract on Stellar verifies the data, calculates each operator's earned reward, and settles it in local currency. no manual payroll, no human intervention, no delay. The operator receives a bank transfer. The employer gets a retention tool that pays for itself. Every time an employer funds a reward pool, that capital sits as USDC inside ZELENA's vault contract and is automatically routed into Blend Protocol Stellar's native lending pool generating yield until disbursement. Real employer money, earning real yield, on-chain. When settlement triggers, those funds move through Stellar's anchor network as local currency payments.
